Ordered today from Pizza Profis via Lieferando, as there were only positive reviews. (Google looks different if we'd just looked there) Unfortunately, we have never eaten such a tasteless, wobbly pizza. Really not recommended, threw half away.

On the pizza Margerhita almost (no) sauce. Much too dry. Not enjoyable.

Again and again something is missing from the order. Therefore, if you call to let them know that something is missing again, it will be received in an unfriendly manner and they will only be told that they are not going to do something. In addition, the rest was cold. Never again!!!

We ordered sauce with the pizza and then we don't get any sauce and then the driver drove off normally and then we even get the wrong sauce, not cool

The new owners got the shop super nice, the order was quick to get to dss food was really delicious, I will definitely continue to order there and recommend it to others!

Saturday evening, ordered pizza, should take about 1 hour, arrived after 1.5 hours. My pizza was almost cold and halfway through I saw 2 black hairs in the box, almost under the pizza. It goes without saying that I didn't eat any more. Unfortunately, I doubt whether a complaint / criticism will find fertile ground here.

My old review 3 years ago wasn't much better (will insert it here at the end - it was also 1 star) Well, after 3 years and the forced "order elsewhere" because the favorite pizza delivery company (Pizza Mia) unfortunately closed due to a fire, I thought I would give the pizza professionals another chance. A mistake. 1. Costs pizzas - although it is a chain - around 30% more compared to Pizza Mia. 2. The pizza is a typical delivery pizza, nothing special, not bad, but not particularly good either. 3. The delivery time is a complete disaster, and if I hadn't called AGAIN, it would probably have taken a lot longer. I will share my order process with you: Saturday evening, 7:29 pm, I place my order (1 pizza - nothing else). Lieferando confirms my order and it said "approx. 45 minutes delivery time". So far so good. At 8:15 pm I thought to myself for the first time "Okay ... now she should come soon." At 8:41 pm I picked up the phone for the first time and asked, "She's going to be out soon" - okay, I thought, then she would have to be there in 5-10 minutes. At 9:15 pm there was still no pizza and I called again. "The supplier should be with you every minute" At 21:22 the doorbell rang, almost 2 hours later. That is an unbelievable cheek. So, that was the last time I ordered there. ________________________________________________________________ Here is my review from 3 years ago: If I were to look up my order history at Lieferheld, it would certainly be over 100 orders from the Pizza Profis. The place used to be really great. Food is hot, very rarely "wrong deliveries" or missing order contents, if it was delivered within 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile? Well .. what can I say, I ordered about 2 hours ago and I'm still sitting here on an empty stomach. After a long day of work without something to eat, it's a torture. And the delivery service seems to consider these waiting times to be "normal", no offers for "vouchers" or credit on the bill ... nothing. No "excuse goodies" - no customer service - just zero niente. The quality of the croques has decreased significantly (thought the previous time it was because my order had to be processed relatively quickly) but no - ordered croque again - again no properly baked baguette. Lumpy, half-baked wheat baguette that still smells of "plastic packaging". Disgusting, practically inedible. So today I thought to myself: No croque, the "pizza professionals" should still be able to make pizza, it has always been very good so far. But now I'm sitting here ... 2 hours without a report, without any information, nothing. Called: Before I could explain my request, I was interrupted by the lady on the phone, I guess I'm not the first to call, she asks where my order is going, then says "Go out right away. Takes about 15 minutes" - at least that was true. After 15 minutes the order came and I was finally able to have something to eat. The pizza, although ordered with cheese in the rim, was of course without. I don't know whether the free pizza rolls for the missing cheese or the 2 1/2 hour waiting time were ... nothing was said at the door. But well, the suppliers usually can't help it anyway. But if you apparently have too few staff in the kitchen and in the delivery service ... then you should either cancel your partnership with Lieferheld and only allow phone orders to be in control if there are too many orders. Or update times at Lieferheld ... Conclusion: Food: partly good, partly miserable. Average. Delivery time: Below all dignity. Service: poor. No order recommendation.

Not the first time ordered, but today everything was for the cat .. 2:10 hours waited, 2x aioli were missing and the pizza dough was tough as the sole of a shoe. Tried to clarify the whole thing via a private message, message was also read, but 0 response. 👎👎👎

Ordered pizza online for the team meeting the evening before. Should of course also be delivered on time. Unfortunately 25 minutes late, so that the meeting was almost over. Called twice, pizza on the way, but the driver doesn't arrive. Pizza cold and not tasty !! Really a huge disappointment and very upset!

Otherwise always satisfied but today ???? No food after 1 hour 26 minutes despite two calls ... Food came after 93 minutes and unfortunately the croque noticed the long journey.

There are really professionals at work here! The food was delicious and very hot when it was delivered! A big compliment to everyone involved! The delivery driver was also very friendly! Everything was great and definitely to be recommended!

Sir stopped here today after a trip to eat something. The staff was very friendly and tried hard. The food was good and plentiful

We ordered something in the shop and ate there. Even gave a 10% discount for self-collectors. Nice staff on site and everything was neat and clean. The food was delicious and the portions plentiful. We'll definitely be back

I am really excited. Today I tested the Facebook campaign 2für1 and despite long delivery times (I was advised on the phone) the food was super hot and the driver was very nice.

This has been our regular delivery service since the owners changed. All employees are super friendly and the drivers are always super fast. The food tastes good and is always fresh and hot.

I ordered hamburgers and puff pastry sticks this week. Super Service. The driver was super friendly and the food was still steaming for me.
